Excel File Upload
Import Raiffeisenbank conversation data into AddAI.
Upload Excel file
Select a .xlsx file with conversation data. The file will be processed and sent to the EP service.
Instructions
- Only Excel files with .xlsx extension are accepted.
- The first row of the Excel file will be considered as the header.
- Make sure your Excel file has all required column headers.
- Avoid random empty rows in the middle of the file.
- Before importing, sort the rows in Excel as shown in the screenshot below.
